By creating an account and purchasing access to Candle Sensei, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and AML & Sanctions Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.
You further confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are buying for yourself and paying with your own payment method, and that you are not subject to sanctions and are not resident in a sanctioned territory. If access to trading-analysis or educational software of this kind is unlawful where you live, you must not buy it — that is your responsibility to determine, and purchasing does not make it lawful.
All tools, signals, scanners, analysis, and content provided by Candle Sensei are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Payments for access and credits are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. Because access and any included AI credits are delivered in full the moment payment clears, purchases are final and non-refundable once access or credits have been granted, including for non-use or dissatisfaction with results.
That rule has limits. We refund in full for duplicate payments, for payments taken where access was not granted, for unauthorised transactions, and wherever the law of your jurisdiction requires it. Those cases, and how to claim, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds are returned only to the original payment method.
Candle Sensei, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, its signals, or any trading activity you undertake. You use the service entirely at your own risk.
Your login is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your access to others is prohibited and may result in termination of your account without refund.
The platform and all market data are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
